Commission Process

Send your photos
When you decide to proceed with the commission, I will ask you to send the highest quality photos you can of your subject, to decide which one will be best to make the artwork from. Natural light and a clear photo with plenty of detail to work from is perfect!

Booking and Deposit
Once the reference photo has been decided, I will send an invoice for the deposit (£50) to begin your artwork and give an estimated date of completion.

Finishing touches.
All art comes mounted as standard but if you are local to the Caerphilly, Cardiff area, please let me know if you would like me to arrange for your art to be framed at an additional cost. (unfortunately due to glass not being able to be sent through the post I cannot offer this on delivered artwork)

Updates and Final Review
Throughout the process I will send you photos of how your artwork is looking and once complete will ask you to review the final piece.
Please let me know at this stage if the piece is a gift and I will not share any updates on social media until the gift has been given.

Delivery
Once you are happy with how your artwork looks, I will send the invoice of the remaining balance. Upon receipt I will beautifully package and send your artwork via Royal Mail or hand delivery in local area. Enjoy!
